We offer our residents 24 hour, seven days a week access to a private laundry mat. Where you can sit back and relax, while your clothes wash & dry. We also have a fully stocked soda machine in the laundry mat.
When summer rolls around, you can go for a dip in our seasonal swimming pool. For everyone's safety, the pool is gated & locked. And for hygienic purposes, it is clean daily. There is room to lounge on deck, and watch the children swim. As well as plenty of room in the water, so no one is swimming on top of one another.
Finally all out lots come with a personal drive way, that can hold one or two cars, depending on their size. This is something, like our pool, you won't find in every mobile home park. But we feel these our luxuries you can't afford.
